SHIPPING & HANDLING

We charge standard Fed Ex ground rates for shipping in the continental US. (Rates are calculated by the recipient's location). There is also a nominal handling charge added to each order. We do not ship orders internationally, to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping time frame is based on processing time, plus shipping time. It typically takes 2-3 business days to process an order and 3-5 business days from the date they were shipped to arrive.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from the day the merchandise is received. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and/or packaging. All returns or exchanges must have been purchased from this website, the Nest Diaper Bag online boutique, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at orders@nestdiaperbags.com or (206) 525-5272

  • Email us at info@nestchildren.com to be issued a Return Authorization number.
  • Allow 2 business days to be sent a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
  • Upon receipt of your package we will either credit your refund or send your exchanged items.

Your credit card statement will show a credit for the returned item(s) and a charge for your exchanged item(s). Your refund will be processed in the original for of payment within 5-7 business days, once your package is received.  After the transaction has taken place you will be notified by email listed on your account.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Nest Diaper Bags as well as return shipping is paid by the customer.  Shipping on returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Nest Diaper Bags (e.g. wrong item/color). Nest Diaper Bags will only return/exchange items purchased through NestDiaperBags.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a Nest Diaper Bags retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES: any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for exchange. Pending inspection it is Nest Diaper Bags sole discretion to determine if the item have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange provided.

 

SALES TAX

All items shipped to addresses in the states of Washington and Connecticut will be charged Washington sales tax. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.

 

RUSH SERVICE

If you need to have your order rushed, please contact us at info@nestchildren.com to confirm the availability of the item you would like to ship and our rush options.

 

RECOMMENDED CARE

Leather- We recommend that your bag be treated with weatherproof protectant and special care by a leather care professional of your choice.

Faux Leather- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed.  

Canvas- Dry clean only.

Zip Out Liner- The lining can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and the removable changing pad can be hand washed with
cold water.

All of our beautifully crafted, luxurious diaper bags are manufactured in overseas factories.  Nest Diaper Bags have gained a reputation for not only being supremely stylish, but truly functional with immaculate attention to detail.
